Dell has today launched a new model of its Dell Venue 7 and Venue 8 tablets in India. Both running latest Android 4.4.4 KitKat Operating System with Voice calling support. The price of this new Dell Venue 7 tablet is Rs. 14,999 and Venue 8 is Rs. 18,999. They are the improved versions of previously launched Venue tablets. The Wi-Fi-only variants of these tablets comes with the price tag of Rs. 11,999 and Rs. 15,999 respectively.
Talking about the features, Dell Venue 7 comes with 7-inch (1280×800 pixels) HD capacitive multi-touch IPS Display screen, powered by Intel Atom processor Z3460 (up to 1.6GHz Dual-Core), with 1GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt memory and micro SD support upto 64GB. In the matter of connectivity it includes 3G with voice calling, WiFi,Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and 4550 mAH battery inside. It has got 5MP rear and 1MP front facing camera.
While on the other hand the Dell Venue 8 comes with 8-inch FHD (WXGA 1920 x 1200 pixels) capacitive multi-touch IPS Display, powered by Intel Atom processor Z3480 (up to 2.1GHz Dual-Core), 1GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt memory and microSD support up to 64GB. It also includes 5MP rear camera along with 2MP front facing camera with 3G with voice calling, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and 4550 mAh battery.
Dell is also offering 20GB of free Dropbox storage for 1 years with every purchase of Venue 7 and 8 tablets.
